Well.......I figured out a time consuming way to do this...but I have to open the gradient file in Ultra Fractal, find one I like, take a screen shot of it, re-size it and save as a .JPG or .PNG...They look and work good in MB3D but a major pain in the ARSE! Can paint.net open a .UGR or a .MAP gradient file?
Well, I figured out a much better way to make and save these "Gradients" for use in Mandelbulb3D...too bad I didn't think of, and do this before I submitted my "Dreams of Melancholy" tweak as I found the perfect color, (like carved ivory) for it which I was searching all my maps for! I made a pack of 13 gradients and put them in my "scraps" for you to download and peruse! They turned out really good! Just use the "Map number" and use the rotate, scale and whatever (in the lighting tab) it takes to get to the desired color effect. These are Gradient snap shots and look horrible as Background images but tons of color combinations!
